A Comparison of Patient Satisfaction When Using the Insured and Non-insured in Public Health Center (Puskesmas Kasihan 1) Bantul, Indonesia

BACKGROUND: In Indonesia, the health sector has experienced a very significant development. Fair and equitable care is one way to fulfill rights of each individual. Therefore, puskesmas are required provide good service quality through conformity standards with customer needs. The creation will certainly create satisfaction for users when using assurance non-assurance. AIM: This study was know comparison patient insured non-insured in Public Health Center (Puskesmas Kasihan 1) Bantul, Indonesia. METHODS: cross-sectional study, 222 samples 111 respondents Samples were collected cluster sampling technique taken from nine polyclinics Puskesmas 1 Bantul. Data analyzed independent sample t-test. RESULTS: found that average insurance 34.76 more than non-health 29.10. Based on results analysis, mean ± sd 29.10 3.04 compared patients, namely, 3.61 Sig value 0.000, which means there difference between non-insured. CONCLUSIONS: Patients satisfied patient’s
